These terms are an agreement between you and Y Anirudh Kumar (“we”, “us”), who runs Wabi Sabi. By using Wabi Sabi at askwabisabi.com, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
What Wabi Sabi is
Wabi Sabi explains your Vedic birth chart in plain words: your 12 rooms, your dasha road, the cities that suit you, love and marriage timing, your home, and Luna, a voice guide you can talk to. It is free to use.
For reflection and fun, not advice. Astrology isn’t science, and Wabi Sabi can’t predict what will happen to you. Nothing in Wabi Sabi is medical, mental-health, legal, financial or relationship advice. Don’t make important decisions on it alone, and talk to a qualified professional when you need one.
Luna is an AI
Luna’s answers are written and spoken by an AI model as you talk. They can be wrong, odd or incomplete. Don’t rely on them, and don’t tell Luna anything you wouldn’t want sent to the AI service described in our Privacy Policy.
Time with Luna is limited each day, the same for everyone, and she may sometimes be unavailable.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these, you must be that age.
Your account
An account is optional. If you make one, use an email address you control, keep access to it safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One account is for one person.
Your information and the people you add
Your birth details and what you save stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Wabi Sabi for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Add other people only if you know they’d be fine with it, and never to harass, track or embarrass anyone.
Using Wabi Sabi fairly
Don’t:
- break the law with Wabi Sabi, or use it to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- try to get into other people’s accounts, or into parts of Wabi Sabi that aren’t meant for you;
- overload, scrape or copy Wabi Sabi with automated tools, or resell it;
- try to make Luna produce harmful, hateful or sexual content.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account.
What’s ours
Wabi Sabi’s design, art, words, characters (Luna and Yuki) and code belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use Wabi Sabi for yourself, and share the links and images it makes for sharing.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Wabi Sabi, so features may change or end. We try to keep it running, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. If we ever close Wabi Sabi, we’ll tell you in advance, where we can, so you can save what you need.
Ending
You can stop using Wabi Sabi and delete your account any time: Your account → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours for another reason, we’ll tell you first.
Our responsibility
Wabi Sabi is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on Wabi Sabi, for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Because Wabi Sabi is free, as far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn’t let us limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of India, and disputes go to its courts. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place whose consumer law protects you more, you keep that protection and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please write to us first: most problems are quicker to fix by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before an important change applies. If you keep using Wabi Sabi after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
